Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed through cash on delivery adjustment or another method as communicated by our support team. Refunds may take a few business days to process depending on your location.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as bedding, kitchen accessories, or outdoor textiles may not be eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
